At REEBL, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and transparently. As a made-to-order brand, each item is crafted just for you. Below are the details you need to know about shipping:


1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Peak Seasons (November-January): Allow 2-5 business days for production due to high demand.
  • Weekend Orders: Placed after 9 AM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

Notes:

  • Delivery times start after production is complete (see Section 1).
  • We ship worldwide, including APO/FPO addresses.

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in your order total.
  • Tracking:
    • Domestic & Priority International: Full tracking provided.
    • Standard International: Limited tracking (updates until shipment leaves the U.S.).

4. ORDER TRACKING

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
  • For lost packages, contact us at contact@reebl.com within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

5. HOLIDAY DEADLINES

To ensure delivery by December 24:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: Order by December 15.
  • Express U.S. Shipping: Order by December 21 at 12 PM EST.
  • International Orders: Deadlines vary by destination (contact us for details).

6. FRAUD PREVENTION

  • For your security, we may verify orders via email or phone.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after purchase for PayPal orders.
